- What are the shipping rates and estimated arrival dates?
- UPS Ground – This method is available for all orders shipped within the 48 Contiguous United States (excluding APO and FPO military addresses). All ground shipments require street address for ground delivery. PO Boxes are not acceptable. Please allow 1-3 business days processing time in addition to Shipping Transit Time.
- USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post – Please allow 1-3 business days processing time and 2-5 days transit time for Priority Mail, 1-4 weeks transit time for Parcel Post.
- Do you ship outside of the USA?
- Yes we do. While placing your online order you will be able to choose between shipping your order USPS Priority Mail International or UPS Worldwide Expedited.
- What is your return policy?
- Returns or Exchanges are accepted within 14 days after purchase but only on damaged or defective goods.
- What method of payments do you take?
- Currently our preferred payment method for all online purchases is via PayPal.
